Every samurai has their normal attack ability and at least one active skill. Passive skills are only unlocked after awakening a samurai.

  • 1 & 2 star samurai have 1 active skill
  • 3 & 4 star samurai have 1 active skill and 1 passive skill
  • 5 star samurai have 2 active skills and 1 passive skill

Leveling skills[edit | edit source]

To level a skill you need to upgrade your samurai via the power up menu. You need use a duplicate samurai or a skill card of the same quality (Both represented by a glowing effect).

Skills level up randomly and do not level up locked passives. Each skill can level up to a maximum of 5.

  • 1 & 2 star samurai need a total of 5 duplicates (No skill cards available)
  • 3 & 4 star samurai need a total of 10 duplicates or skill cards
  • 5 star samurai need a total of 15 duplicates or skill cards

Awakening[edit | edit source]

Any samurai with an unlockable passive skill can be awakened. Awakening will grant a boost in stats, unlock their passive, and allow for level 2 affection progress. Materials are gathered from the awakening game mode where there are 3 tiers of items. Tier 1, 2 and 3 materials amounts are listed below.

Below are level 5 class skills for the highest quality Samurai available.

Powerful Strike I1.png Deal damage equal to 16% of the casters max HP. Has a 40% (+HIT) chance to ignore the targets shield.
Holy Power I2.png Heal a target equal to 25% of the casters max HP plus an additional 7% per turn . Heal over time effect lasts 2 turns.
Quick-Draw Slash I3.png Deal 170% damage to the target with a 30% chance to deal double damage.
Shadow Slash I4.png Deal 47% damage 3 times and increase skill damage by 30% if the target is inflicted with poison.
Dragon Shot A1.png Deal 145% damage and apply Serious Injury. Targets take 25% extra damage from any source. Lasts 2 turns.
Sky Breaker A2.png Deal 145% damage with a 45% (+HIT) chance to stun targets inflicted with Weaken. Lasts 1 turn.
Trinity A3.png Deal 49% damage 3 times each with a 16% (+HIT) chance to Sleep targets inflicted with Serious Injury. Lasts 2 turns.
Precision Shot A4.png Deal 140% damage with a 40% (+HIT) chance to freeze if the caster has any damage increase buffs. Lasts 1 turn.
Unstoppable Charge C1.png Deal 145% damage and increase skill damage by 30% if the target is inflicted with Serious Injury.
Energy Bolt C2.png Deal 140% damage and apply Weaken. Targets deal 20% less damage. Lasts 2 turns.
Charging Slash C3.png Deal damage equal to 16% of the casters max HP with a 40% (+HIT) chance to Silence if caster is inflicted with Weaken.
Tornado Slash C4.png Deal 145% damage with a 45% (+HIT) chance to dispel any heal over time effects.
Mind Blast M1.png Remove all disables from a target with a 40% (+HIT) chance to grant immunity to disables for 2 turns.
Spirit Breath M2.png Buffs all allies with a 30% damage increase and a 30% damage reduction status effect. Lasts 2 turns.
Psychic Wave M3.png Cast a shield onto a target for 25% of the casters max HP. Lasts 2 turns.
